Swale Drum School will not accept abusive or aggressive behaviour towards anyone involved in the school including teachers, students, accompanying individuals or neighbours of the school.
Failure to pay for lessons. All lessons are paid for in advance and a lesson will not be conducted if not paid for. Lessons can either be booked online in advance or paid for by cash or card at the end of a previous lesson. Lesson slots will not be held without payment, therefore if you prefer a certain day or time it is important to pre-book your lesson. *A lesson is only confirmed if you have a email booking confirmation or an agreed day and time by Matt.
Information About Attending Lessons
Swale Drum School Studio is located within a residential area in Sittingbourne. Respecting the surrounding neighbours is of the upmost importance and is imperative to the school being able to run. Failure to adhere to the guidelines of the school will result in being removed from lessons. In particular we request that you take extra care when parking for your lesson. Please do not block neighbours driveways or obstruct the road.
Please do not arrive early for your lesson as the entrance will not be open until the time of your lesson. If you are late for your lesson this cannot be added to the end or used another time, so please be on time.
There are no toilet facilities at the studio, please come to the lesson prepared and ready to practice. It is advised to bring a bottle of water along to stay hydrated as drumming is very energetic.
Swale Drum School holds no liability for student's personal property and it is the student's responsibility to look after their own belongings. We ask that you respect the environment of the school and all of the equipment provided. It is very expensive to replace and failure to follow guidelines while using the equipment provided may result in being removed from lessons.
